Puget Sound Runner is an independent aggregator of public running events in Western Washington. We built it to be private by default.
There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no logins. We don't ask for your name, email, or phone number, and we don't run ads or third-party trackers.
If you tap "Near me" and grant location access, the app uses your location only on your device, to sort nearby runs by distance. Your location is never sent to us, stored, or shared with anyone. You can use the whole app without granting location access.
Anything you save or mark as "going" is stored only on your device.
The app fetches public event listings (races and club runs) from our database. These are read-only requests and carry none of your personal information.
Tapping "Register" or a club link opens that organizer's own website (for example RunSignup or Meetup) in your browser. Their privacy practices are their own.
The app is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone, including children.
