Five studios across the Seattle area
The Float Seattle app shows your visits, your membership credits and what you have booked — and lets you book the next one.
For anything about a booking, a membership or a payment, the studio can help faster — they can see and change your account. The app shows your record; it does not manage it.
Or call 206-673-5132. For a problem with the app itself, email support@nimbustheory.com.
The app is not showing my visits.
Your app account has to be connected to your Float Seattle record first. Open Account and connect using the email or phone you use at the studio — often not the one you signed in with. We send a code to whatever the studio has on file, so it arrives wherever they can already reach you.
I entered my email and it said no match.
The studio most likely has a different address or number for you. Try the other one, or call and ask which they have on file.
My visit count looks wrong.
Visits are counted when staff check you out at the studio, so a very recent float can take a few minutes to appear. If it is still missing the next day, contact the studio.
How do I cancel a booking?
Through the booking screen in the app, up to 12 hours before your appointment. Inside 12 hours, call the studio.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account and choose delete. It happens immediately and removes your app account and the visit history the app holds. It does not delete your Float Seattle customer record — that belongs to the studio. To be removed from their records, contact them directly.
Do I need an account?
No. Locations, hours, pricing, the breathing timer and the journal all work without one. You only need an account to see your own visits and credits.
Are my journal entries private?
Yes. They are stored only on your phone, are never sent to us, and staff cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes them, so we have no backup of them either.
Which studios are there?
Greenlake, Greenwood, Bellevue, South Lake Union and Renton Landing. All five are closed Wednesdays.
